We use regular practice tests to guide our instruction. These test continually inform our plans and feed back into cycles of improvement before test day. We even analyze student performance on homework assignments to predict how well they’ll do on their upcoming test. Good assessment data drives all our decisions.
Goal-focused
We work with students to establish the goal that meets their ambitions and schedules. We constantly revise our tutoring plans to meet that goal—sometimes increasing, sometimes decreasing. We also inspire students to set high goals—sometimes even higher than the ones they set for themselves
Individualized
